About The Pimlico Supper Club & what it represents

Hi, I am a young chef and food fanatic. This blog is somewhere I use to express whatever I feel about the crazy industry that is the world of hospitality. I post about my experience in culinary school, and the progression from this to becoming a chef, as well as some funny stories along the way.

Having left my job in finance to pursue a career as a chef, I decided to go to Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. Many chefs join the industry from a very young age, and going to school can help you to learn techniques and base level skills in a shorter period of time than being in a kitchen.

Other parts of my blog range from cooking tips, to equipment recommendations and cookbook reviews. Eveything I can find the time to share, I will!

“Mange Tout” is inspired by what my parents always used to say when I was growing up, that I do eat everything. So please enjoy my blog, eat it all up, and I hope it offers others some support through your own journey as well.
