2 chopped onions
1 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch rock salt
Method:


Take a blender and mix all ingredients. Don't breed. It is important that you get the fibers.


Salt helps to cut the onion agility. You can skip the salt completely if you want. If your body allows it on a certain day, you can also add a little honey to the mix. But make sure you check your blood sugar levels early.
